5 days intensive training in creative hair styling.

The course will be taught by Leanne Harry whose qualifications include:

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Make-Up & Beauty
Media Make-Up & Hair Artist Diploma
Greasepaint School of Media Hair and Make-Up London Certificate.

Leanne has worked on various period dramas and feature films, gaining vast experience from highly qualified wig dressers in all types of styling including 'period work'.

She was chief wig designer for box office theatre show 'Honk' which toured the UK extensively.

Her television credits include Dr Who, Torchwood, Crossroads, Eastenders and more recently was a staff Make-Up Artist at Hollyoaks for over 4 years. Leanne still works freelance at Lime Pictures as well as for many other TV productions and fashion shoots.

The Course

The course will be taught intensively with Leanne demonstrating each step on a wig block with students following on a block of their own. Day 4 & 5 will use live models.

The course will is solely hair styling and doesn't include any cutting, colouring or blow drying.

Day 1 - Classic
Day 2 - Current & Creative
Day 3 - Students choice of any hairstyles
Day 4 & 5 - Work on live model

Courses will take place on Mondays from 9 to 5 starting February 2012 (you will have completed in time for Aintree races!)
