The Powder Room was founded in 2008 by Make-up artist & hairdresser Leanne Harry.

With over 11 years experience in TV, Film, Theatre and fashion, she decided to offer her hair and make-up services to the general public.

She employs a team of freelance make-up artists & hairstylists who are currently working on programmes such as Hollyoaks.

At The Powder Room you can  get the full top to toe treatment. We now have an in house beautician providing many treatments (see Beauty).

Powder Room URBAN for young women! If you prefer a stronger, funky look such as Cat eyes, glitter eyes, retro flick or Gem designs (X Factor style) you can go as wild as you like as our make-up artists have an ‘Art’ background and specialise in body painting.

Try our Hair Feathers - newest trend - in a range of colours from natural to bright or even dip dyed!
